I spoke to my contact at Curt about your 2007 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD Classic.
They told me the Curt Class V hitch, part # C15312 is designed to fit your truck if it has the factory cutout bumper. They told me that the cutout is the recessed area on the bumper where the license plate typically goes. this hitch has a 2 inch receiver opening.
This hitch should sit right below the bumper and would be just what you are looking for.

We do have a couple of options for locks on a square tube gooseneck coupler, though I was unable to find the brand of coupler for Quality Trailers.
